The data used comes from several cognitive neuroscience research databases representing a total audience of more than 31,171 people for over 16 million images analyzed.
The 31,171 people are from North-America (USA & Canada – normal distribution), are between 7 and 60 years old with an average 33,5 years with 46% women and 54% of men.
We were able to demonstrate that our neuroscientific data are highly consistent between participants (over 70% consistent) in terms of both Instant Attention and Lasting Memory Recall, even though participants are very different in terms of socio-demographic criteria. This is explained by the fact that the human brain is much more influenced by our natural evolution than by individual on the scale of a lifetime. Specific information tend to attract more attention and are easier to remember, regardless of these socio-demographic characteristics.
Yes, we plan to make it possible in the future version of the software to provide analyses representative of a targeted population, in less than a month.
The zones selections does have an impact on the overall scores, but not on the scores of individual zones. Defining more zones splits the attention and mnemonic resources, which tends to reduce the score. We recommend to draw zones only on the information that is most crucial to the audience (to ensure that it is properly processed).
The size of the zones has a marginal impact on the score (about 2%). It is recommended that zones be drawn as close as possible to the important information. In the next few months, we will put a system to automate the zone selection.

There is not yet a dedicated space to store the analyses but you have the possibility to copy a link of the analysis in a document and to go back to your analysis by clicking on it. You also have the possibility to download the analyzed images with the attention and memory cards. We will integrate a storage and classification space for the analyses in a future version of our platform.
